Technology Brother LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is a contractor providing services to Fermat Commerce Inc. ("Fermat Commerce") and has developed Skybright ("Skybright" or "the App"), a software application that interacts with Meta's Marketing APIs and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) APIs in accordance with each platform's applicable developer policies and terms. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and store data when authorized users connect their Meta and/or Google accounts through Skybright.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect your Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account through Skybright, we may access:

• Ad‑account metadata business_management
• Campaign configuration/structure ads_management
• Ad performance (spend, impressions, conversions) ads_read
• Page & post‑level insights read_insights

When you connect your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property, we may access:

• Property and data‑stream metadata (IDs, names, time‑zone)
• Event‑level data such as page views, transactions, and custom events
• Aggregated metrics (sessions, users, revenue, conversions)
• User‑configured dimensions & metrics in custom reports

All information is accessed only after you explicitly grant permission through the relevant OAuth consent flow (Facebook Login or Google OAuth).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use data solely to:

• Synchronize advertising and analytics data into Fermat Commerce's data warehouse via automated ETL tools
• Generate performance dashboards for your business
• Calculate KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, engagement efficiency, and funnel conversion rates

We never use your data for ad targeting or resale.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• We do not sell, lease, or share your Meta or Google data with third parties.
• Data is accessible only to Technology Brother LLC and Fermat Commerce personnel on a need‑to‑know basis.
• Data may be stored in Fermat Commerce's secure infrastructure (e.g., Google BigQuery) for analysis and dashboard generation.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES‑256).
• Role‑based access controls and audit logs are enforced across all data pipelines.
• No user data is retained beyond the period necessary for analytics or as required by contract with Fermat Commerce.

• You may revoke Meta access via the Facebook Business Integrations panel.
• You may revoke Google access via your Google Account → Security → Third‑party apps with account access.
• Once revoked, no new data will be collected and existing data will be purged within 30 days unless contractually required otherwise.
